DREAMS ABOUT SCHOOL
Scene 1
(Звучит 1 куплет песни «When I’m 64»)
When I get older losing my hair,
Many years from now,
Will you still be sending me a Valentine
Birthday greetings bottle of wine?
If I’d be out till quarter to three
Would you lock the door?
Will you still need me,
Will you still feed me,
When I’m sixty four?
Granny: I am Granny now. Imagine I am 64. This song is just about me. When I was eleven, we were learning it at school «Perspective».
Grandpa: Hi, dear! Glad to see you!
You’ll be older too,
And if you say the word,
I could stay with you.
Granny: Oh, you are just in time! Would you be so kind to mend a fuse? The light has gone and I am knitting a sweater for my granddaughter Kate.
I could be handy, mending a fuse
When your lights have gone.
You could knit a sweater by the fireside
Sunday morning go for a ride.
Doing the garden, digging the weeds;
Who could ask for more?
Will you still need me,
Will you still feed me,
When I’m sixty four?
I am going to invite you to the Isle of Wight, dear!
Granny: What a wonderful idea you are having! I have never been to the Isle of Wight!
Every summer we can rent a cottage
In the Isle of Wight, if it’s not too dear.
We shall scrimp and save
Grandchildren on your knee
Vera, Chuck and Dave.
Grandpa: You haven’t written to me! If you dropped me a line I would buy the Isle of Wight to you. It would be yours for ever!
Send me a postcard, drop me a line,

3
Stating point of view,
Indicate precisely what you mean to say,
Yours sincerely, wasting away.
Give me your answer, fill in a form,
Mine for evermore.
Will you still need me,
Will you still feed me,
When I’m sixty four?
Granny: You see, we had a good time when we were children!
Grandpa: Now, look at our grandchildren! They are here!
Scene 2
Paul)
Paul: Oh, again I must go to school. Again I must learn about the land and people of Great Britain! Oh, it’s difficult!
Kate: Fully agree with you, Paul! I don’t like it when I must learn about the ways of life in Britain in beautiful spring.
When I’m Sixty-Four”)
Kate: When in the morning I ride to school
Spring is over here,
Paul: Must I think of land of far away Britain,
Learn of millions people there?
Kate: If I’d be out walking with friends,
Would it be fine or not?
Will I get bad marks
Will I miss excellent
When the days are hot?
Kate: Oh, Paul, I see somebody over there?
Paul: What a beautiful lady is coming here!
(Даша-Bad Mark-подходит)
Kate: Who are you?
Bad Mark: (обращается к Паше) You don’t want to learn about land and people of Britain, do you? So you’ll get Two It’s difficult for you to learn the ways of life in Britain, isn’t it? It will be for you!
Bad Mark: (обращается к зрителям) Do you like them?
(Все хором): No!
Excellent Student)
Excellent Student: I know how to help you. You must study with pleasure, with great pleasure. And every time when it’s difficult you should say to yourself: «It’s easy!»
Let’s try: «It’s easy!» Repeat, please: «It’s easy! I’ll do it!».
(Все хором): «It’s easy! I’ll do it!»
When I’m Sixty-Four”)
When it’s easy, easy to do
Every time from now
Will you still be telling you some good words:
“It’s easy, easy for me!”

4
If it is harder, harder to you,
Don’t forget to say:
“It’s easy, easy for me,
Easy in everything!”
“It’s easy, easy for me,
Easy in everything!”
.
(Paul, Kate, Bad Mark. Excellent Student
